1：How to Know the Price of Our Products

Every product has price information on page. For example, open one product album, see the number behind letter P is the price in USD. For example, P45 means price is 45usd. Our price already includes international normal shipping. (other shipping way like DHL, UPS, European express line is extrally paid);
If you order via agent, like wegobuy, cssbuy, sugargoo, pandabuy, etc. you need to contact us for domestric price in CNY that have reduced international shipping. (for some items with taobao link in the page, you pay the link in the agent website.)

2. What Payment Do We Accept

Accept payment by Western Union,Moneygram, Bank Transfer, Revolut, Paysend, Wise, Aliexpress hidden link or Order via agent like Wegobuy, Cssbuy, Superbuy, Sugargoo. Pandabuy, when you decided to order via agent, please contact me in advance to quote domestic price in CNY (that have reduced international shipping).

3: How to Place order

Our yupoo website is only for displaying products. It does not support placing order online. If you have any questions about our products and service, need to contact us via whatsapp or wechat:

Place order via whatsapp or wechat: Send us photos of the products, color, and size at Whatsapp or Wechat, tell us the shipping way (normal shipping or express shipping), and shipping address, we quote the total price, and send you our data or link to pay.

4. When Ship Order

For Every Order, usually we send in 3-5 business days after payment. During this process, if we find a item you ordered was out of stock, we will contact you to make a change, or cancel that piece (we suggest keep its money here for the next order because its not easy to send money from China abroad).

We send QC photos for every order. You need to confirm everything (quality, size ) with us before shipping. Once it was sent out, we donot accept exchanging or returning (its not a easy to do international returing because of the long shipping time and high cost. Thanks for your understanding)

5. Shipping way, and shipping time

We ship to almost all countries in America, European, Australia and Asia.

Shipping way includes:

Normal shipping: epacket, 4PX, china post air mail
Express shipping: DHL Germany channel, UPS, USPS, European (UK) express line

Shipping time
(the delivery time may be different when in peak season)
epacket, China post air mail: 18-35 days.
4PX (to european coutries): 12-30 days depending on different countries.
UPS : 9-15 days.
USPS (to USA): about 14-18 days.
EMS : 13-20 days.
DHL Packet and Eurepean express line: about 14-21days
UK Express Line (to UK): 10-16 days

6. About custom issues

Tax fee: Different countries have different customs policy, if the package is required to pay tax when it arrives the destination country, the buyers need to cooperate to handle it. (The tax fee is NOT included in the shipping fee.)

Possible Blocking: Because of the Specificity of our products, there is some possibility of blocking. If the blocking unfortunately happens in Chinese customs, we will arrange resending of the package. While if it does in destination countres, the loss will be undertaken by customers themselfves. Its fair for both side.
